End User License Agreement

The license

Using Chisel means you agree to this license. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Chisel for your own business: checking your prices against the market and requesting quotes from your results. The software, catalog, pricing data, and report formats stay ours. What you entered, and the figures in your own report, are yours to use for your business.

What you can’t do

Don’t scrape, bulk-extract, or copy the catalog, price benchmarks, or report outputs for use outside Chisel. Don’t reverse engineer the Service, access it with bots or crawlers outside normal use, resell or white-label it, use it to build a competing price-benchmarking product, or strip proprietary notices from anything it produces.

Accuracy

Diagnostic results and price benchmarks are researched estimates, not guarantees of pricing, savings, or supplier performance. A number only becomes an offer when it appears in a formal quote we publish to you.

Ending it

This license applies while you use Chisel. We can suspend or end access for violations of this license, abuse, or fraud. You can stop using the Service any time. We may update or discontinue features, and material changes to this license show up in the date above.

Warranties and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent the law allows, Wise Merch is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on diagnostic results or benchmarks.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
